This is my favorite protein shake flavor, energizing, helps satiety to avoid snacking between meals, very helpful "secret" for success along my weight loss and fitness journey. I highly recommend this product :)KM

I have had shakes off and on for years to lose weight including Slimfast Chocolate which worked but bothered my stomach even with lactaid-free milk. Slimfast made an Orange powder product which worked for me but they discontinued it. The Healthy Meal Orange Cream Flavor tastes great and I start with 9 or 10 ounces of orange juice & water. I add blueberries, strawberries, and crushed ice in my blender. I end up with about 16-20 ounces of ice-cold orange smoothie that tastes great and seems to add energy to my afternoons. A lot of research lately shows the benefit of occasional fasting which is a bit extreme for me. Having a shake substitute for lunch or dinner for me is like a "semi-fast" and I highly recommend this one.

I love this product. I was introduced to it by one of they sales rep year ago. I don't really like vanilla or chocolate for meal replacement. This taste amazing ass your low fat or almond milk, a piece of fruit and ice and it like a dessert.
