Fantastic for sauces
This mushroom powder is fantastic to have on hand. It only takes about half a teaspoon per serving to add a huge amount of flavor. I mostly use it when I'm making pan sauces on the fly.

I like it and use it to enhance flavor in all my recipes
I like this well. It's not as great as some of the products I've bought in person at a store but it'll do for my uses in dishes, casseroles and soups. I'm on a low-sodium diet, and it really helps give the food that umami flavor without having to add salt. I'll order it again.

Gives a wonderful, deep and intense flavor
The porcini mushroom powder I received was well packaged, and the intense, earthy scent of the mushroom with all of its delicate notes was well preserved. I use this in a spice mix that I make it home, and I was very pleased with this product.

Good product but limited due to packaging
I ordered the product and I must say the quality of the ingredients is pretty good. The price is acceptable. Unfortunately due to misleading product photos, I realized the package came half empty. Amazon won't offer to return it.
