Comfortable and easy to use
Had this mouse for a while and it has been reliable and enjoyable to use. It was my first and is still my only vertical mouse, and I have never had any complaints. Feels nice in the hand, responsive, good for gaming or browsing the internet as you like. I recommend them over standard computer mice, I was hesitant too at first, but they're very comfortable and even feel more immersive for shooters and general gaming.

extremely comfortable for small hands
bought this as a replacement for another vertical mouse i'd tried to replace my traditional mouse; since i didnt know there are different sizes of vertical mice for different hand sizes, the one i had before ended up causing just as much pain as it relieved (just in different spots,) because it was way too big for me. it also ran out of battery super fast, which was disappointing, and i ended up switching back to my traditional mouse for a while. this mouse, however, has none of those frustrations. it fits extremely comfortably in my small hand, and i havent had any hand, wrist, or shoulder pain since i started using it. i thought i wouldnt like how tall it is, but instead the top part of the mouse makes a great thumb rest at the perfect angle for my hand. i can switch easily from "click mode" with my index and middle finger on the two main buttons, to "scroll mode" with my thumb resting on the top of the mouse so i can use my index finger to scroll (which has more fine motor control than my middle finger)pros: comfortable for small hands/short fingers, adjustable sensitivity, i unexpectedly really like the heel-of-hand pad thingy it came with, wired means it'll never run out of battery, nice selection of buttons for my needs; truly a great ergonomic choice for me as a person with EDScons: scroll wheel clicks in way too easily for me (but might be good for those with impaired finger strength,) wish there were more color options/option for a rainbow gradient so it could match the rest of my setup

Review after 1 year
Last year, I bought five mice to take them all for a test drive. This is the one I kept, and I'm glad I did. I've used vertical mice for over a decade after having carpal tunnel release surgery on both hands. This one fits my hand very well. Thumb button placement works for my hand, making it easy to hit the back button without changing my wrist position. All other button placements work great for me. I used an Amazon rechargeable AA battery that I've replaced once in the year. The receiver is about 2 feet away, and I haven't had a connection issue; that was not the case with some of the other mice. All in all, it's a great mouse. I encourage everyone to try multiple mice to see what works best for their hands and how they work/game. This one works great for me and has been a reliable device thus far.

C-18 is preferred over this
In terms of comfort, texture, size, shape, weight, scroll wheel, sensor location, overall control and ergonomics, I prefer the C-18 over this mouse, 100%.I bought this mouse hoping it would be an improvement. The only improvement was the four buttons on the left side, where the C-18 only has two.I will be going back to using the C-18.If this company improved the C-18 to have 4 buttons on the left side, that would be super. If this company improved the C-18, So that the right side was a 3 button mouse layout instead of two, that would be super. If there was a left-handed model, of the C-18, that would be super. If you are coming from C-18 you will be disappointed.I can not recommend this mouse. But I highly recommend C-18. Fixed my wrist pain.

Most Comfortable Vertical Mouse I Have Used - Uses Easily Replaceable AA - Long Battery Life
I have used several vertical mice over the years and this one is the best one I have found yet. This mouse seems to go more vertically and be more rounded and comfortable than other verticle mice. Others seem to be more of a conventional mouse at a slight angle. This mouse has a more natural feel.It also takes a single AA battery, which is convenient. I use cheap rechargeable batteries I got here on Amazon and they last more than a month before needing to be charged, even after using the mouse daily for between 6 and 10 hours.

Small, but love it.
It's a bit smaller than I was expecting. I can't wrap my entire hand around it, so my pinky is usually dragging on the table, but that's such a minor complaint that I hadn't written a review until months after purchase. I love the design, and it works perfect as a standing mouse.

Helped wrist/hand pain. Too big for avg women but workable. Overall good product.
Had 4 yrs now scroll won't work right so need a new one. It did help my wrist / hand pain which is why I bought it. I can't reach the 2 buttons so I don't use them. Would love one with more buttons (I can reach - basically it's too big for me) like 6 or even more buttons for gaming, but will take what I can get and hope for future upgraded ones. I'm 5' 5" woman so maybe that's why I can't reach the buttons. It's also a bit too 'slick' and hard to pick up and reposition as it will slide out of my hand.

Good mouse
Before this one I have never ised before an ergonomic mouse. I liked it but is bigger than a regular mouse. It takes some time to get used to it but feels good. Scrolling up or down is so much better.
