This works way better than the messy, oily liquids. It a little stingy going on as it has alcohol in it, but it didn't make my scalp itch like the other brands like Costco. I've been using for 4 months and it definitely is helping. I think after 6 months I will see maximum results. I have a fade cut and I literally use this like a mousse to style the top of my hair so I'm saving money on other hair products that now I rarely have to use. You don't need to measure with the cap! Just squirt small amounts at the base of your scalp and work in. If you are using 1 per month then you are using the right amount. I wish they had one that also included Finasteride as well. That mixture is supposed to work better. This is NOT going to regrow hair is you have totally gone bald guys! No product will. Sorry, that's just the truth. But, if you are just starting to notice thinning this will help, but it takes time. You likely won't get any results for at least 2 months, but then you will notice fuller hair. Good luck...

The only midoxinil that Amazon offers that’s actually works. I tried switching to see if extract drops would work better, and sprays. And I have a hard time believing ANY of them actually contains midoxinil in them at all. Almost immediately after using other products, I started seeing reversal as if I never took it at all. So of course I switched back to this one to treat MPD

So, upfront, yes, I get the same feeling from this as I do withother Minoxidil products. This was my first time using the foam, though. I suffer from hypothyroidemia (my thyroid gland doesn't produce enough hormone) and because it's taken my doctor and me time to narrow down an exact dosage I have overall low density hair now (where when I was in my 20s, it was extremely high density), so I've been trying to boost the process along and get my Rapunzel hair back.For me, the foam acts too much like styling gel. Too much of the product gets stuck in my hair even though quite a lot of it does make it to my scalp due to that low density I mentioned. Some of it, inevitably, still sticks around, and makes my hair ferociously greasy in those patches. I can brush it out if I'm extremely careful, but it takes extra time. So, my recommendation is if you have short hair (most guys, some ladies - pixie bobs are cute on some people, just not me!) you're good to go. If you have longer hair though, you might find the watery stuff easier to handle and less messy.

It WORKS! We should have started it sooner! It does not REGROW hair, but keeps the hair that is there. So at the first sign, start using it! It is easy to apply and worth it.

Works for me to grow a beard. Reviews saying it doesn’t work HAVENT used it long enough. You’re supposed to use it for at least 2 months to see new growth. It runs out a bit fast, so you will have to order 2 each time, but it’s completely worth it.

I really wanted this to work however, this product didn’t agree with my scalp. After just a few uses, I started noticing irritation—redness, itching and a burning sensation that didn’t go away easily. I followed the directions exactly and didn’t use it more than recommended but my scalp just didn’t tolerate it well.I can’t speak to how well it works for hair regrowth because I had to stop using it early. It might be effective for others, but if you have a sensitive scalp like I do, just be cautious. Disappointed it didn’t work out for me.

Bought my first on Sept 18th and now have 3 inch new growth hair on my temples! (female) I am faithful to doing this every evening. Remember, do not go to bed with this wet on your scalp. You will transfer it to your pillow case and hair will begin to grow where you may not want it.I should have done this 4 years ago.
