WE FIND IT GREAT FOR THE JOINTS & CIRCULATION.
THIS POWER PLATE IS GREAT. WE DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE INSTRUCTION BOOK NOT BEING IN ENGLISH. BUT WE GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE SELLER AND THEY EMAILED US AN ENGLISH VERSION. SO NOW WE HAVE IT ON THE LAPTOP OR CAN JUST PRINT IT OFF.

Very good but heavy
This is very good and helps with my nightly leg cramps. If I use it before bed, I don't have severe cramps. The remote is not so easy to use and the manual is vague to say the least and it is quite heavy to move around but this does mean it is very stable. However, overall, I am pleased with the unit.

No manual no instructions tried every where to get them
someone must know where and how to get a manual tried Amazon Triclicks has no address just need instructions or it's just a ornament in the corner

I love this, only problem is when you lay on it or sit on it, it tends to switch off, as it does not like the timmer to be covered...but otherwise great for cramp in my calfs and thighs....
