Please note that we’ve had the bouncer for a few months and our baby has really enjoyed it……however today the spring snapped whilst he was bouncing and he fell and banged his head on the floor.I’ve noticed now that this has happened to other reviewers so a plea to the supplier to sort this out - Amazon that means you!

A couple of things to point out about this product before you purchase. I was under the impression from looking at other door baby bouncers that it came with the door fixing or attachment, why would it not? However it does not, this doesn't appear to be mentioned on the Amazon page, however it is on the manufactures page. So you either need to make one like I did or attach a eyelet fixing directly into the fame of the door, hoping it will be strong enough. Secondly, it comes in 2 height variants in the box, one for the ceiling and one for a door. These are different heights, however for my door, which is over 6ft in height the longer attachment for the ceiling is too long, adjusted to its shorted length and the shorter door attachment is too short. So babies feet don't reach the floor and this one is also not adjustable. So I've have to make something up again with other rope to be able to adjust it so she can reach the floor, and for when she grows.This seems a strange product, in some ways very nicely made like the fabric harness baby sits in, along with the rope and wooden parts. But in other, not thought about at all. Why no adjustment on the door attachment, surly not all doors and baby's are the same height? I wouldn't purchase again, as its now cost me more money and time to get it working, but now that it is my daughter loves it.
