A little too hard
Bought these for my mum to use to regain some muscle strength in her forearms while having chemo. Works well, portable and easy to use. Just a bit too hard for her initially.

EXCELLENT GRIPPING RINGS
I have an old hand/wrist injury going back to about 1978, caused by me - on a motorbike - crashing into some panes of strengthened glass, dangerously placed outside a building site. Now that I'm just shy of 70 the old injury is beginning to play up due to the more sedentary lifestyle I now seem to (otherwise) enjoy as a pensioner. I need these rings to build up the strength of that damaged right hand now that some form of atrophy seems to be taking place - or would be if I just ignored it for much longer. First impressions are good, especially with the 50 Lb resistance ring. The 30 and 40 Lb rings are good too, and I can feel a benefit to the musculature, joints, and blood circulation in my hand when getting the strengthening exercise that they need. I much prefer these silicone rings to the sprung metal resistant grips on the market, because these are just the right size to squeeze in the palm for the maximum affect to the fingers, hand, and wrist. Nice little product that is well priced, but I found it too easy and certainly not the rated 50 pounds. I'd say this would be better suited for elderly people or those with lacking grip strength. As a result I returned the items.Not for me, but definitely would be useful for others

Good quality
They arrived quickly and the quality is good. I liked the fact there were 3 different strengths. They’re easy to use whilst watching TV and hopefully will improve the strength of my hands and wrists
