Great customer satisfaction
I am very happy with this seller. The reason being, I faced a grinder issue with the product after two months of usage, the grinder was unoperational. The seller took back the machine and after inspection provided me a brand new machine

It looks good only
I tried over 300 espressos and a dozen different coffee bean brands.. almost everytime it put me down. I never enjoyed even one espresso. I think the grinder is of low quality and breville isnt "The" coffee machine brand really. I must say most cooking appliances I have are breville are great but not this one.I sold it off and got a delonghi specilista and got wonderful results from the first try. The whole experiwnce was much much better.
