This was my first batch that wasn’t smooth and creamy but once heated, it acts like any other ghee. The little gritty pieces melt. It also separates in jar after sitting for a while so I shake it before removing the lid.

Ghee is an awesome product. People in India have been using Ghee for hundreds of years. It is so very good for cooking as it has a very high burning point. Everything tastes so much better with Ghee than butter. It doesn't need refrigeration as it can be left on your counter or cupboard for many months.

This is excellent value and also quality. I've tried others and they had a rancid smell. This on the other hand is fresh and blends beautifully with my turmeric latte and cooking. Will definitely buy it again

I used this ghee for popcorn and sauteed veggies. Very good, I will buy again.

prior to ORIGINAL GHEE from PURE INDIAN FOODS I used SPRING SUNRISE.. I thought they were a little pricier than what I wanted to pay for.. SO.. I switch to PURE INDIAN FOODS and.. WHAT A MISTAKE.!!! not worth the few dollars savings!!! SPRING SUNRISE might be a little more $$ BUT.. SOOOOO much more worth it.!!! THE TASTE OF SPRING SUNRISE makes you get up out of bed and get a good tea spoon of it.DEFINITELY going back to SPRING SUNRISE.. I wish they have “LOYALTY PROGRAM”.. they GHEE IS JUST THAT..!! AMAZING.!!!
