Waited just under a month to write my review so it was honest.Packaged well and arrived intact first of all.I take two a day, as directed. Initially I was staggering them for the first week, but since I’ve been taking two together I’ve noticed they work better. I purchased these for the obvious “downstairs” problems. After having extensive surgery and infections in my wounds I had to undergo some serious anti biotic consumption of the strongest kind! My gut health took a huge nose dive, and that lead to thrush and bv. It’s the first time I’ve ever had to deal with it. Nothing was working. I’ve been battling it for a year! I was taking opti bac which for me did nothing.As most women know when Bv hits it can be the brain of our lives. My confidence was zilch.After taking these I’m shocked tbh. Not only have they cleared up the downstairs issues within less than a month I’ve also noticed less cramps and pms. Better mental clarity, mood and memory which wasn’t expected! Also my toileting is more regular which wasn’t an issue really but it’s a good sign they are doing their job. My hair is growing! It’s now almost down to by bottom, I reckon it’s grown at least 3 inches in the past month which is insane! I also have less hair loss.So yeah- basically long story short.. these worked wonders for me in more ways than one. I wouldn’t have written this lenghty review unless I was happy. Hope this helps

When I first purchased this I didn’t believe that it would help me that I’d be one of the lucky people to finally have somthing help improve their reoccurring bv but boy was I wrong. I have only been taking these for 4 days and have already felt big improvement. There is no smell and no constant discharge I have always struggled with bv and found nothing ever really helped apart from antibiotics but long term it did nothing just kept coming n going which can be really triggering and uncomfortable to deal with all the time. I was googling what I could do and saw taking probiotics might help when I first saw these I read the reviews and was worried as there was a lot of negative weird things being said which in my experience at least I have had. I’ve not only taken 2 of these a day but I also improved my diet not eating as much junk having kefir yoghurt and cranberry juice and it had cleared up within 2 days. I will do an update within a months time to let you guys knoare if long term it stays this way I really hope it does but so far no complaints. The pills aren’t really that big and the capsules go down easy but then again I’ve never had a problem swallowing pills so therefore I’m not sure how other ppl may feel. Also the taste isn’t amazing but u don’t have to taste it u can just swallow straight away with water and have somthing after if it bothered u. But it doesn’t really linger for me personally jus don’t hold it in ur mouth too long. But overall I am super super happy and pray that these do continue to work and improve my overall health down below. If u have reoccurring bv I do recommend trying this and improving ur diet wish I had known about these sooner as it’s not spoken about enough how many of us struggle!!!!

Well, how am I 52 years old and just now learning that these things even exist. This is like a bottle full of miracles. It worked from day one, DAY ONE. Maybe I was just lucky but I certainly didn’t have to wait to see any benefits. I will say though that it didn’t have any effect on my stomach issues, in fact, I think it made me feel more bloated than before but the fact it’s cured all of my “intimate” problems, I can cope with the bloating. I might try another brand once I’ve finished this bottle if the bloating becomes too much.

After having them for a weekI see a slightly changed to my Ph balanceThe irritation is gone, the odour seems lessBut my discharge is still there. Hopefully the longer I’m having them it will help that part as well. Btw I took them by removing the capsulesJust the powder inside easier to take them. But careful the powder will make you choke sometimes. But that’s the easiest way to take them.

I very rarely write reviews but this is an excellent product at a very reasonable price. Having suffered for years with candida issues, and tried many different probiotics, some of which were extremely expensive, this one has proved the best as is very affordable.

Just started them today..had a bit of trouble swallowing them but ended up doing it..can’t wait to see if these work or not.

My vaginal flora are much improved.

Stopped the smell down there. Even showering I still ad the smell....took these...smells gone!
