In taking this product it has improved my digestive system. There is no bloating or heavy feeling after eating. I will continue to see if there is great improvement. Yes it is costly but it worth.

Recommended by doctor as a scientifically proven product. I cannot speak to effectiveness at this point, but it is easy to swallow and have experienced no stomach upset.

I've found that with all Pendulums products, you have to give it time to help repair the problems that badly processed food, poisoned air, etc have created over many years of living. Just take it a few months, then take a look at the results.

I've not noticed any odd effects. I'm nearing the end of the first of two bottles. All of the ingredients are super good for most people, so I decided to take it for awhile. I will say that I haven't caught any of the yucky stuff out there so far this year!

Didn’t really help me. I bought it to nourish my microbiome and didn’t notice a difference. I’ll stick with Atrantil as that works best for me. Also, it is too expensive. Eat berries if you’re looking for polyphenols.
