Really great light/fan combination.
Apart from being a quality product, really quiet powerful 3 speed fan with great lighting, what really impressed me was the after sales service. When the muppet who installed it managed to lose the remote control I contacted the seller to buy a new one. What I hadn't realised was that along with a new remote the receiver in the unit had to be replaced as well. The seller supplied both at no extra cost. I thought this was most unusual & totally unexpected. Would definitely recommend .

Great fan
Very well made and very effective in the bedroom keeps it nice and cool. Very quiet in operation.

Fairly well made and can works well...
It comes with a rod to adjust the height/drop. Fan speed is good and reversible to circulate heat in winter. It's modern styling is quite good but even for a relatively small room it's 36w led output is debatable, and it is disappointing in being quite dim. The box implies that you can change the colour temperature but you can't, the only thing you can change is the fan speed and direction. It's ok but you'll probably need an additional floor lamp.

Nice and easy to install
The ceiling is easy to install and has provided with all the parts for installation. The only issue is that you are required to choose the lighting type every time when you turn on the fan.

No dimmer action
Pleased with the product overall, the manufacture and finish is of an excellent standard, but in your advertising of the product you claim it has a 36W dimmable LED, I have not found this action on the remote control, if there is one could you please send instructions to activate this. If the lights don’t dim surely you are contravening the trades description act.

AMAZING
Wow, an amazing silent fan! Should have bought one years ago. I was fed up of my noisy tower fan being on all night and giving me ringing in my ears the next day.A bit bigger than I expected but well worth it!Only downside is you can't dim the LED lights - you can only choose between yellow(warm light) medium white to bluey(bright white) and as this is in my bedroom, it is a bit bright.Also on every operation it make a loud beeping sound which annoys my dog!
