This brand of bee pollen is very potent in flavor. Bee careful what you put it in and how much because the strong flavor really stands out and can ruin your meal. When I make my morning 14 oz. Smoothie I only use a 1/2 tsp and I can taste it over peanut butter and chocolate and cinnamon and every other of the many ingredients I use and it taste perfect. But one time I added just a sprinkle to my oatmeal and every bite was overwhelmingly...that flavor. It's very hard to explain the taste. So while it's the best quality bee pollen I've ever had, it is taking some getting used to.

The quality of this pollen is second to none. It is the most beautiful golden color and the taste is sweet, mild, and almost floral. I like to slightly melt a square of 70% dark chocolate, then top it with some grains of this bee pollen and chopped brazil nuts... a superfood snack!

This bee pollen tastes good and appears like a quality item.It also comes in small glass jar.

This item gave me a zit right above my right lip every time I took it. This area coincides with your kidneys so maybe not so good of a product to take, although everyone is different.

OMG this pollen is amazing! slightly sweet and delicate.. I let it dissolve on my tongue and bursts of subtle flavor explode ! I experienced about 40% more energy . I would not hesitate to order this again ( in a bigger jar next time!) For health, this organic pollen is a good value for the money. For foodies.. its a fun item to explore for the senses!

One word. Wow!Handpicked deliciousness full of nutrition. LOVE the flavor. I can see how many people can go ahead and add this to smoothies, etc but I personally enjoy having a tablespoon of it. Softer than other bee pollen I’ve purchased in the past.It comes in a nice glass jar, and worth every penny!

I also brought the Stakich and 'Stakich Spanish' bee pollen along with this. This stuff is really good compared to those. More moist, and a bit more flavor outside the normal bee pollen flavor which occasionally is a bit too much on the palette end-note (like this is more 'milder' yet more flavor).Like I would use the 16oz of those Stakich ones in my smoothies/oatmeal but for this 4.4 oz one, i would savor for my own personal use with a small spoon (hidden away from others haha).

Omg this stuff is nasty and it stinks!!! Smells like fish and leaves a horrible taste in mouth. I had to chase it with cold water, juice and a hotdog with hot sauce on it( I do not even like hotdogs, but my grands love).Unless I got a bad batch of pollen, reviews are not trustworthy or can not be solely based off of for purchasing.I have to return this l😔
