Assembly took me like twenty minutes- easily done with all the tools included and you don't need tohave any mechanical knowledge to put it together with clear instruction booklet in two lenguages. The battery wasfully charged. Within no time, I had the bike ready to go, put my helmet on and took it for a spin right away.The built quality, design, and finish is first class too. The appearance is nice and is pretty sturdy.The bike's performance is impressive-very smooth ride,fast, has a powerful motor, and the battery feels like it will last forever offering an excellent riding experience. The controls are simple and can be easily used. I ride it every chance I get and everything works as it should. The LCD display is bright and colorful. Gear shifts are pretty smooth. You can also use this as a regular bike with pedal assist or use it as a fully electric bike. This bike is well built and performs very well. I loved the way the battery fits into the frame tube with the velcro bag. The front light is bright.It so quiet on full throttle and smooth. For the price, it's perfect for on and off road. One nice thing about this purchase is that it is complete. Bike, lights, horn, etc. It is most everything you can use all in one. Once you put it together, it is done. I have been riding this bike for about a month. The first thing I'll note is the instructions are very little help. The video has no words and skips things like the cargo rack and other things I don't quite remember now. If you have good building and problem solving skills though, you can figure it out. Another thing is buy a new seat. The one it comes with is so unbearably uncomfortable that I literally had bruises. The cargo rack fits really wonky and I suggest using your own tools to tighten the seat and bar. Overall though it goes a decent speed, struggles a little bit up hill, but gets great speed flat and of course down hill. I am a bigger woman and it has no problem getting up to speed. The headlight is nice and bright. One power light is about 3 miles with me and I've never drained the battery, but to stay on the safe side, with full turbo you get about 15 miles. Pedals are really loose if you are using the throttle so don't expect to be able to boost the turbo with man power. Great little bike overall especially as someone who has only ever used those rent-a-bikes.

I have been a life long bicycle rider - with a brief hiatus for about 10 years. I'm 47 now. My wife and I had nice road bikes that we stopped using when we moved to a place with lots of hills.We moved again... and they got stoled out of or yard. Boooo!I've been on the prowl for a replacement bike for a while when I was turned onto the One-Wheel. It looks nice but with a price tag of $2,000+ - no way. I was intrigued by it's electric power when I had the bright idea of getting an electric bike. I had seen a couple go by in my neighborhood and they looked fun, and fast.Now with gas prices going up as much as they are my big V8 truck was costing me a lot of money to just run errands around town. My hardware store is only 2 miles. Honestly, I can get to Safeway and back faster than in my truck because I don't have to park and go in (I pull my bike inside) and as soon as I leave the door, my fancy electric bike will whisk me away, no walking back to my parked vehicle, no waiting for traffic.Shipping: It shipped very fast and I had my bike in only a few day.Assembly: I know bicycles, so assembly was very quick as nearly everything is preassembled - it's just taken apart for shipping. Handlebars on, front wheel on, attach pedals, connect connections, tighten all allen heads for safety and your ready to go - as soon as you charge the battery. Very simple.ALL the tools you will need for assembly are included. As well as some you won't need unless you are servicing the bike and need metric tools.Instructions: Poorly worded instructions translated into English. Pics are so-so. But if you know anything about bicycles, it's a breeze.Size: The bike is a real nice size. I am 5' 11" and it fits me well. My wife is shorter, 5' 6", and she can stand over the top bar no problem.I like how the handlebars are adjustable up for someone who wants to sit taller.I also like how the brakes have pre-threaded holes for a mirror or accessory that can thread into the brakes.I like how the brakes are - Left hand, front. Right hand, back. I have another bike that is reversed and i do not like it at all.Overall impression: I love it. Cruise around pedaling with 15% of the effort of cycling. Or use the throttle and don't pedal at all, just coasting along quietly.My very first ride was from my town to the next town - about 7 miles one way. I had charged the bike the night before and was ready to go the next morning. I had not cycled ANY in over 10 years and I was wondering how I would do on this long ride. I did consider cancelling, but I was optomistic and went for it. Not sure of the battery life (although it's specified in the description) I pedaled there on medium. It was an easier ride than I've every had. I did my business in town, stopped to say "Hi!" to my Mom and show off my new toy, and was back on the road for the ride back. My battery still showed full - so I decided to return home with the bike on High and see what it could do. - IT. WAS. AWESOME. Never before had I made that ride so quickly and I was not more than slightly winded after pedaling the entire way back. Ok, not the entire way, when I got tired I twisted the throttle to keep my speed, and rested my legs. It was quick and easy.I highly recommend this bike. U wanna get somewhere without using your vehicle? This is it. Get some sunshine! Get outside! Feeling tired... no problem! This bike has your back and will take you where you want to go with just a twist of the throttle or a spin of the pedals.

The description said bike was good for someone 4’7” and up. I am 4’9” so I thought no problem. This bike should be listed at 5’2 and up. It is also too heavy for someone my size. Was easy to put together, fun to ride, and comfortable if you are at least 5’2. We kept the bike and my husband rides it, he is 5’10” and 200lbs, he loves the bike. My husband bought me a etrike and we we ride together.

I love this. Easy step through. Nice ride. Battery lasts a long time. A light on the front for evening or night time rides. I got the white it's easy to clean up. Just wipe it with a warm sudsy cloth
