Ideal.for achilles problems!
I keep one in the kitchen and one in the car 😂. Works great as the achilles is tricky to stretch.

Fine for the money. Three levels. Not brilliant grip - you'll have to wear grippy footwear or your feet will slide down. Does the job!

Deeper
I get back pain squatting and can't get parallel. With these I can squat lower past parallel with almost no pain. They are cheap and help me alot. Would have gotten the years ago

These are great. Handles my fat ass just fine😂. I use them for squatting, split squats and calf stretches. And the material is good as it’s non slippery. Just don’t put them on a floor with no friction otherwise it will slip.

Too slippery
They are not very good to be honest they slip & slide on different surfaces & also your feet on top don’t feel too secure & I’ve tried various shoes
