Not made of dead animals
Hardens up really nice. Unlike Knox gelatin, it didn’t ruin my dessert with old dead animal carcass. When I learned how they make gelatin, agar became my new go to. You don’t need much because it hardens pretty well. It’s more effective and healthier,

This agar powder works very well. I have made lots of gummies that have incredible clarity. Very similar to the telephone brand.

It won’t make gummies how we have them in the US but more of a soft or hard jelly. So the agar agar does its job. It’s a nice and fine powder that dissolves quickly without lumps but don’t think you’ll be able to make gummies with the same texture as usu g gelatin
