brown and full of garlic "skin". smells ok but not strong. I'm hoping that I can think of it as "rustic" instead of inferior. Will not reorder but returning would be annoying enough not to consider in my rural area. Bummer.

I gave 4 out of 5 because I thought i was ordering granulated not powdered garlic. It still smells amazing but not quite as pungent as the granulated I ordered last time.I raise my own hogs and make my own sausage, Breakfast to anduelli, Italian and brauts where garlic is a staple seasoning for all of them.This bulk package will last me a years worth of sausage making and everyday cooking. I will probably repackage a portion into airtight mylar packs to extend and preserve the freshness. The last came in a thick zip lock bag that really helped keep it fresh not this big jug. I will keep ordering from this brand because of the bulk purchase options and reasonable pricing.

Great stuff. I like granulated garlic instead of garlic powder. Easy to use in recipes. Love the large size. We LOVE garlic.

Can confirm that this item arrived just as advertised. It is, in fact, garlic powder and is just right for recipes that call for garlic powder. Really easy to use by removing the lid.
