This arrived today, and the first thing I did was put a piece of kitchen roll inside and submerge it for 30 minutes, to be completely sure it's safe. (All the information says it's well-rated, but small product flaws can happen and it's a good idea to check before putting an expensive piece of equipment in it!). Absolutely perfect, not one spot of water on the tissue. Then I checked my phone worked alright in it, because my phone has a feature that's meant to prevent pocket-dialling, and if it senses anything in front of the camera the touch-screen can be difficult to operate. Not a problem, the plastic is clear enough not to register for this.I have a OnePlus 6T and there's a silicone case that covers the back and sides that I did *not* have to fiddle with removing to fit it into this waterproof case. Which is a bonus for me, I find removing the silicone case to be a pain!One note of warning, I haven't actually had an issue but the feel of the plastic makes me feel like I should be careful putting my phone in so I don't accidentally tear the top, but that could be me being worried over nothing. Not that being careful is a bad idea. And definitely make sure it's fully sealed before putting it anywhere near water!It took me a minute to figure out how to open it because there's more than one place it says "open" which I found misleading. If you just push the small tabs on the side, it's easy to open and close and lock in place.But I really like this case, it's perfect. I bought it for using my phone in the bath (I like to listen to music!), for the beach, and for sitting in a friend's hot tub. I have full confidence this will do what I need. Really glad I bought it.

My YOSH case arrived yesterday and i was so excited to open it up and do the water test (putting either normal toilet paper, tissue paper, anything really that easily shows water has absorbed into it into the pouch and leaving it submerged under water for about an hour). To my relief, no water had broken in! Earlier that day i had also received a really nice email from the company saying thank you for ordering and how to use and test the waterproof pouch. It is, however, quite annoying how different colours cost more than the original black one, so I ended up getting the white one. The pouch itself doesn't look tacky and is surprisingly easy to open and close but it does it's job at keeping the items inside safe. While your phone's in the pouch, you can't access any buttons on the side or the power off button, however you can use the assistive touch button (Settings; General; Accessibility; AssistiveTouch) instead of the buttons on the side and the power button. To keep water out of the pouch, the see through plastic isn't thick but it isn't thin, so it doesn't make the touch screen on your phone work as normal but you still can use your phone with patience.If and when you're thinking of doing the water test, i would use tissue paper (if you have any) instead of toilet paper because toilet paper has little fibres on it so when you remove the paper, they get stuck inside the pouch, annoying you for the rest of eternity!I'm going to Cyprus tomorrow so I'll do an update later into the holiday to updater you on how well the pouch is doing!Overall this is a fantastic product you can definitely rely on and if it does ever break (it shouldn't as it has lifetime warranty) or if i loose it, I'd definitely re-purchase!

This case has been really handy and we've gotten some great under water photos using it, no water gets in at all.Only downside is the touch screen gets a little more unresponsive but that's to be expected and sometimes you have the hold the case tight over the camera to get a clear photo.I use this case while wild swimming as there's not always a safe place to leave belongings while swimming. When I use it while wild swimming I put the strap over my neck and also tie it in a knot near my neck so it can't accidently slip over my head and lose my phone in the river. While swimming I just tuck my phone in to the top of my swimming costume to keep it extra safe and out the way.

Touch screen - 5 Star I had no problem with the touch screen it worked perfectly and my face recognition worked well. I don't have a fingerprint scanner so I can't comment on how well that works.Water resistance - 5 Star, I've used this product multiple times already in seas, rivers and a pool. I use it mostly paddleboarding so it's been chucked about, leaned on and dropped in the sea multiple times.Warmth - 4 Star to be honest I was unsure as what they meant by that but I took it as how hot your phone gets. Mine didn't get that hot but there was slight condensation and I mean the slightest amount and that was just because it was hitting the high 20s, that never happens in Britain so probably won't happen again for a few years.I've not had any problems with this product I have recommended it to many people. The clips are great and never come loose. The strap is good and comfortable not too short and not too long.The seller sent me email after I purchased to test the product with a piece of paper inside and if it wasn't fully waterproof they would have replaced it. Great service and a great product.All photos were taken while the case was on, camera was not distorted.
