Fantastic little glue gun
I absolutely love this little glue gun. It came with 30 glue sticks so you can start crafting the minute you open the box. It heats up quickly and has an off/on button! The small nozzle is great for getting into tight corners and hard to reach areas with a full size glue gun. I don't know how I crafted with just a large glue gun in the past. Now I have both plugged in on my craft table and am able to work on both large and small projects with ease. Highly recommend! Bonus tip: get some silicone finger guards like the kind you use to count money/paper to save your fingers with working with small items.

Handy "mini" glue gun - great for smaller jobs
I recently ordered this "Tilswall Hot Glue Gun and Sticks Set, Hot Glue Gun Kit with 30 Glue Sticks - Fast Preheating Mini Glue Gun for Kids' DIY School Arts and Crafts and Quick Home Repairs, 20W (Blue)" and am pretty happy with its performance. The glue gun is a bit on the smaller side and uses the slender glue sticks. I had one similar to this unit some time ago, but managed to misplace it, so I was happy to find another.I won't say this is the highest quality piece of equipment, but this little glue gun is pretty handy to have around. I won't use it for *big* projects really, but I have a 'standard' sized glue gun for that. This one, however, is great for smaller craft projects or minor fixes. The gun heats up pretty quickly and doesn't take long to go from warming up to ready. Oh, and unlike some I have used in the past, this one actually has a power button, which makes it feel much safer than the gun being ON simply by being plugged in.As I type this review, this miniature glue gun is priced at $14.99. If you happen to need a glue gun for smaller projects, this is one I'm happy recommending.

Great Compact Glue Gun
This is a great small portable glue gun. It has an easy to use trigger and a plastic kickstand to keep it from damaging your table. It heats up very quickly, The manual suggests 3 minute warm-up but I was able to use it just past the 2 minute point.I like that it features an on-off switch and a green LED that lights up anytime the switch is in the on position. The cord is long enough for tabletop use.Cool down takes several minutes. I was able to dispense glue for 2 to 3 minutes after turning it off.The included glue sticks feed smoothly through the unit. They have a low melting point and flow nicely. Adhesion is very good. I was very pleased to find this glue to be NON-stringy and the tip did not drip when not using. Most glue strips require extra effort to control the string at the end of a glue bead, these were much better and easy to use.The small size of the unit allows it to be stored along with the glue sticks in a small 5" x 5" x 2" box.

I really like the large trigger on this glue gun.
When I first received this gun, I was disappointed with the plasticky feel and I was worried that it would break on first use. I have used it for over 20 glue sticks, and it is working beautifully. My old gun is small with a tiny trigger, and it takes a long time to melt the glue. This causes me to pull the trigger harder and actually caused nerve damage in my index finger. This glue gun is comfortable to hold and has a large trigger. This is good because you can use with one or two fingers and it is easier for kids to use, with supervision. I like the design of the stand. It is plastic and does not hot like the metal stands. It is balanced and did not fall over. The provided glue melts quickly and pretty clear. With the quick melting you are less inclined to tugging on the trigger. I did try glow in the dark glue and an older glue stick. These all worked fine. It does take the smaller sized sticks.

Small and lightweight.
This glue gun is compact and lightweight. It heats to an adequate temperature pretty quickly and it's easy to use. I love that the size can be packed away in my craft boxes and not that it matters but it is in my favorite color family. My Review Criteria: I do not review anything that I don't want/need for my own personal use and I have enough knowledge about it to provide accurate and useful details. I do tell it like it is and I am not influenced to provide feedback that isn't based on facts or my own experience. Therefore you can trust my unbiased review as if I were a friend looking out for your best interest and that of your hard-earned money.

Good quality gun
I have several similar glue guns -- the ones with the metal stand. There are several features in this Tillsall glue gun that aren't on the guns I have. This glue gun has a really simple but effective plastic stand that is very stable. It's easy to flip forward when you need to set the gun aside. It's flips back when you want to use the gun or store it. The guns I have with the metal stands are very lightweight and extremely flimsy. They flip over with the lightest touch, leaving melting glue and causing a globby mess.Unlike some guns that heat up when you plug them in, this gun has an off/on switch with green indicator light. The green light warns you that the gun is on and the tip is extremely hot. Those that simply plug in have nothing to warn that the tip is hot and could cause burns. This gun takes about 3 minutes to heat up. The glue flows nicely. The plastic gun is made of good quality. It is not simple mold plastic but plastic pieces that are screwed in several places which produces a well-built hand-held gun. Along with this gun comes 30 glue sticks which makes this a good bargain. Crafters will not be disappointed with this small glue gun. It comes with an instruction book, well-written and easily understood. It is packaged in a sturdy box that can be used for storing the gun -- unlike other models that arrive in plastic-sealed containers.
