The 2K HD video quality is incredibly clear, making it easy to see faces, packages, and activity at my door, even at night with the night vision. The motion detection and package detection work flawlessly, sending me real-time alerts so I never miss a visitor or delivery.The two-way audio is super convenient—I can talk to delivery drivers or visitors right from my phone. I also love the built-in siren, which adds an extra layer of security. The Chime 2 is a great addition, ensuring I hear the doorbell even if my phone isn’t nearby.Installation was straightforward, and the app is user-friendly. I was impressed with how easy it was to set up this Arlo doorbell—just download the app and follow the steps. The video quality is clear, and it starts recording as soon as it detects motion. I love the real-time streaming and two-way audio, which makes it super convenient. Battery life is great, and the best part is that recordings are stored for free for up to 30 days. The camera is extremely slow. I have a high speed mesh wifi system at home and camera at low resolution setting. Yet, it takes a full minute for it to load. I have never been able to speak with a delivery person because they are usually gone by the time the camera loads. Also, I live on a busy road. The camera constantly catches unnecessary traffic. They have made the selective activity zone only active with a paid version. It is a useless product. After struggling with this for alost six months, I have switched over to Reolink. Much better experience with Reolink camera.

I bought this ring camera for my mother-in-law, I can't make a video of it because I sent it to her to Florida and I'm in California, but I can tell you that she is very happy with it, the ring camera has made her life a lot easier for her and her husband since both of them are in their late 70's , with the Arlo ring camera app they can answer the door and see in real time who is at the door without having to get up from the couch, bed etcetera all they have to do is look on the phone and they can hear and speak with the person outside, this gives them and me piece of mind, especially after my mother in las had a knee replacement surgery. The video quality is great, and the sound is clear, it was very easy to install, and it's been working very well, no complaints .

I have used this doorbell for the last 2 weeks and it is working perfectly. Installation was a breeze as there was sufficient battery power to do the set up before it was wired into the existing doorbell wiring. I was able to connect to my existing wifi and was able to connect the separate chime as well. Once it was set up, I installed it in place of the old doorbell and hard-wired it into place. The app makes things easy - one is able to see and talk to the person and the system turns on when they are about 10 feet away - so no issues about any latency. I like the fact that it supports hard wiring as I don't have to bother with re-charging the installed battery. I don't plan to buy any of the subscription plans - not much of an issue as the system allows you to see the video on your phone - not sure about storage after the first 30 days are up.Video resolution is what you would expect from a doorbell camera, but it is acceptable for both day and night viewing.
