This tastes really nice and will last a while as i believe it is freeze dried! Easy to use and i have managed to find a lot of recipes that this works well with!

Great for rice
I've been using this miso powder to flavour my rice for a japanese fusion burrito and think it is a game changer.I'm a big fan of miso but I always end up throing out half a tub becuase I simply don't have it often enough - this powder means I always have it on hand and it won't be wasted. I use a little silica gel pack to store with the powder to keep it dry.Recommended!

Gives a great savoury flavour to dishes
This red miso is quite good. I think that it's freeze dried so it keeps longer. I use it to make katsu curry because it has a umami, complex, slightly sweet flavour. I haven't tried it just by itself to make miso soup, but I imagine it would be fine. Definitely recommend using this in curries, soups, and sauces for an added kick

Tastes great on all types of dishes.
I've been using this as a topping for all types of meals and it's safe to say it's a winner in my eyes. I love miso and I find that the pastes usually don't last as long as I want them too, so I was intrigued to try a powder form. This is a great alternative to spice up your dishes and a little goes a long way. The little bag comes with a zip lock at the top so it'll stay fresh for longer, and I think it's well-priced for how much you get.I'm excited to experiment more with how to use this powder!

Like the fact that it’s in a dry form as l can store it for long. I will definitely buy this product again as l love the taste it brings to my cooking.

Nice subtle flavour
I used this seasoning on tofu, and although both the garlic and miso were subtle, the flavours did come through and they were balanced.The bag itself was a little bit difficult to re-seal and took a bit of effort.
