Great product!! The juices are awesome, I thought I would be hungry after the first day, but following the suggestion of drinking one juice every two hours worked perfectly. I felt my body lighter after the 3 day cleanse. Would recommend it to all the people who are looking for a detox and want to have a nice experience while doing it.

I started this on Monday 1/8 and finished on Wednesday evening 1/10. I was really fearful walking into this because I felt like I hadn't done the right "prep" ahead of time (eating specifically the night or few days before) AND felt like I would complete one day and quit because of hunger. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a lot easier than expected! I started my routine around 7:30 a.m. ending at 7:30 p.m. The drinks came well packaged and frozen. All the flavors were decent except for Greenish Aura (G-ROSS) and Beet-Tox (not a fan of beets). Otherwise, all others were palatable. Oh, and for transparency, the ginger shot in the morning tasted like hot vomit -- but I got through it.Ultimately, yes, I was hungry at points during the day (typically late morning and late afternoon) but I had a drink to look forward to within an hour or less of the stomach growling beginning. I also went to bed early those three nights (typically by 8) to assuage any hangry antics. I'd also like to pat my back at the willpower of cruising Costco and not trying any samples and still preparing food for the family without sneaking a bite. Part of this was a health reboot, the other was to test willpower and tenacity.I'm not sure if I lost weight although I will assume I did living at a calorie deficit for three days. I had a surprisingly endless supply of energy while on this cleanse AND was in good spirts throughout the entire time. That may not be everyone's experience, but it was a pleasant surprise.I feel overall better. Physically and mentally. I will absolutely be adding this to a monthly routine! Hope this was helpful!PS... when I was able to eat Thursday, I found myself not hungry until finally caving to make an egg white omelet at noon.

I've never juiced, so after reading reviews and looking at cost, I tried the 3 day box. All the juice was delicious, even the celery ended up being my favorite with the beet, which I didn't expect. I struggled due to things I didn't do, I didn't drink very much water the first day, but stayed full, by day two I was having a fight in my head to go and buy a pizza and eat it myself in the car, lol. It was just going through my withdrawals of all the nasty stuff in food my body was clearly addicted to. I went to bed early and was tired, but happy to make it through, lost 3 pounds as a bonus and ready to do another one this month. I assume the more I do, the better my body will respond and I'm stronger in my head now. I can't wait to use the 15% discount they sent me with my order and will plan one after Thanksgiving and before Christmas.

This was our first juice cleanse and we're doing it to jump start getting serious about diet and exercise. Honestly, we chose this one because it was the best rated on Amazon and decently priced. The juices were delicious for the most part (to my taste 4/6 were). I told another friend about this and she said that the green ones were "rough" but I really just tasted celery gazpacho (which my ex said were two words that did not belong together as a description) :) And who knew celery had so much sodium?!Anyway - I love that there are no extra sugars. I also like that they come frozen solid and somehow due to their design - remain that way. After day two my buddy moved all of them from the freezer to the fridge because they were still partially frozen after being in the fridge for two days. I rather like slushy so I'm just doing it two days ahead of time.I have no clue how "good" a juice cleanse is. Around 1000 calories a day, great tasting, not hungry at all (and believe me, I'm an eater...) I can see us doing this a couple times a year and would endorse it. So much so that on the second day I actually bought a case of the ginger shots because they are so great and I want some of those on hand for the rest of the month. :)

Every January I do a cleanse. Most years I do a 5 day with protein, but this year I'm trying the 3 day juice only cleanse. I've tried all the juices and they are pretty tasty. My reason for writing the review is the thaw time. It says move from freezer to refrigerator the night before you plan to use the next day. I know from past cleanses that doesn't thaw in time. I received mine over three days ago and put them in the fridge the whole time. After 3 days all of them are still quite slushy or in some cases pretty solid ice. I have to leave juice at room temp for about an hour or more, shaking them every 10 minutes break up the ice, before finally consuming. Just passing that on in case your trying to time you cleanse days (update - end of day 4, still icy in the fridge YMMV). So far though, great cleanse! My pipes seem clean and good energy.

The taste of these were intolerable. It was a waste of money but lesson learned. I will not order again.

I didn't experience any weight loss or increased energy. I didn't see any real effects from doing the cleanse but most of the juices tasted good

Extremely convenient. Very fresh! Item arrived earlier than anticipated which was wonderful. The shots were an added bonus to the great tasting juice. I even received a email from the company making sure that everything was received and going smoothly. Will certainly try again.
