Spicy, tasty and god on a lot of foods
I first found this sauce when I first went to Panama on military duty in 1993. This sauce seemed to be on every restaurant table. I bought my first bottle in the commissary. I found it to be good on just about any food I ate. i like other hot sauces but always found this to be my favorite. It's great on fried eggs, omelets, my favorite: arroz con pollo, rice and beans. It's good with chicken dishes, pork and beef. It's tasty without burning off the roof of your mouth. Try it!

Delicious Blast from the Past
I used to live in Panama as an Army Brat. There was a golf pro shop close to the base where I lived that made shark with an amazing sauce. I was just a young kid and moved away more than 30 years ago but always remembered that dish and sauce. THIS IS THAT SAUCE!I use it with eggs in the AM, on tacos and on pretty much everything that calls for Tabasco or Sriracha or whatever. Fantastic. Do yourself a favor, enrich your life and give this one a try.

Great Hot Sauce!
Came across this hot sauce in Panama 20 years ago and have been buying it ever since. Best I've ever had. Not too hot, just the right amount and very tasteful. Customer for life!. Thanks.

The Real Deal
My wife & I love this sauce! It is everything we expect as a condiment sauce typical of any restaurant when we've been in Panama. Since we are in the states where it is harder to find, we order our supply from D'Elidas then share with our family & friends. Always a winner!

Great Hot Sauce
I am so happy to be able to buy this on Amazon. This is my husband's favorite hot sauce, normally we would have to wait until family went to Panama and ask them to bring it back!

Deserving of wider renown
The product: Mustard-flavored pepper sauce delivers a nice balance of heat and tangy, distinctive flavor. I like it on tacos, Cuban mojo roast, gallo pinto, in bloody marys and more.My order: The three bottles arrived securely packed, sealed and intact, and importantly, with a generous 16 months of dated shelf life remaining. (Tip: Nothing saps a pepper sauce like light. Store your unopened spares in the fridge.)Some background: Habanero/bonnet style hot sauce with mustard apparently originated in the British West Indies thanks to the influence of the mustard-loving English. Many islanders emigrated to the Central American mainland more than a century ago because American-funded agricultural and engineering projects (like the canal) wanted an English-speaking workforce, and the style traveled with them. Fast-forward to the present: Due to Indian culinary influences, the sauces now made in the Caribbean (which enjoy wider U.S. distribution) have a more curryish flavor and incorporate additional spices, fruits and vegetables -- but D'Elidas and others produced for the Central American diaspora largely stick to the trinity of peppers, vinegar and mustard, and very little else. I've tried a half-dozen such brands so far, and D'Elidas seems to set the standard. Nice to be able to get it here (when it's in stock) without carrying it back in checked baggage.
